Golfing

GCC Schladming – a challenging golf course amidst breathtaking scenery.
GCC Dachstein Tauern – a golf course (18 holes) designed by Bernhard Langer – was skillfully blended into the beautiful landscape between the town of Schladming and the village of Haus im Ennstal. For all its scenic beauty, the course itself is deemed a sporting challenge. However, despite some tough and tricky parts, players of all handicaps can be sure to enjoy a feeling of accomplishment and a truly beautiful game.
This course is one of the LEADING GOLF COURSES AUSTRIA.
Porsche touring
“Special for Porsche enthusiasts” from April to October
The location of the Chalet Huber in the Dachstein Tauern region suits – as the well known “Ennstal classic” rally is proofing since many years – perfectly to explore the alpine roads of the region with your private Porsche.
Because of that the Chalet Huber is therefore offering upon request tours on which the “local hero” and host is happily sharing the most impressive apine routes he also likes to enjoy privately together with like-minded Porsche drivers to generate unforgetable memories.
Of course the routes will be designed tailor-made to meet your individual preferences.
Certain “pit stops” in the most recommended local restaurants will – if requested – be added to the schedule.
Eventually the day and evening will be wrapped up in the Chalet Huber with a good glass of wine and exchanging the freshly made experiences amongst Porsche-friends (as “my friends all drives Porsches” by Janis Joplin is telling us since decades)

Swimming

The swimming lake at Aich, a cherished place of leisure for old and young.
Aich’s swimming lake and its facilities are among the best-loved places for fun and leisure in the entire area of Schladming-Dachstein. Since the Ennstal cycling route also passes nearby the lake, it frequently offers a very welcoming refreshment for cyclist who just can’t resist to take a dip.
The overall surface area of the entire leisure facility stands at a generous 20,000 sqm, providing enough space for everyone. Being an officially registered EU swimming location, the water of the lake is independently tested, and the annual check regularly confirms the water’s top quality, certifying the lake as “excellent” for swimming.
